Characteristics
Sol'Afuente is a country house made of stone and wood, at the purest Asturian style and placed into an exceptional natural landscape which, from the highest peaks of Sierra del Aramo to the quiet valleys or the luxuriant woods, in each season offers a magnificent sight of light and colour. Its situation allows the visit to most of the Asturian Pre-Romanesque monuments. An ideal place to rest and to relax our body… and spirit.
It is rented as a whole and consists of two floors and has two large double rooms, a complete bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchen, living room with TV set, a nice corridor, a balcony and a garden.
Besides, our country house is part of the so-called Agrupación Nieve Astur, which consists of 8 charming hotels placed in the region of the Central Mountain of Asturias and whose aim is to offer an exclusive and first class service to all of his customers, paying special attention to the spread of Asturian history and art. To achieve this all necessary cooperation is provided to those travellers interested in knowing our mediaeval monuments.
Location
In the centre of Asturias, in the small village of Otura, in the council of Morcín. It is very close to the Pre-Romanesque monuments of Oviedo as well as to Lena and Bendones, and has an easy access to Valdediós, Nora and Tuñón. It is as well easily connected with the best beaches and ski resorts in Asturias.
