Characteristics
La Costica is a completely restored country house. It has all the necessary comforts to spend some very nice days, and besides it is just in the centre of Asturias, which allows an access to any point of our geography in less than an hour. Therefore, it is particularly well-placed to visit most of the Asturian Pre-Romanesque monuments.
Distributed in two floors, it consists of four large double rooms, three bathrooms, two of them with hydrotherapy, a kitchen, two living rooms, a room for reading and a charming corridor. It's the ideal accommodation for eight people who wish to enjoy both a quiet rural area with magnificent landscape, and the possibility of knowing Asturias, its nature, beaches and culture.
Besides, our country house is a part of the so-called Agrupación Nieve Astur, which consists of 8 charming hotels placed in the region of the Central Mountain of Asturias and whose aim is to offer an exclusive and first class service to all of his customers, paying special attention to the spread of Asturian history and art. To achieve this all necessary cooperation is provided to those travellers interested in knowing our mediaeval monuments.
Location
The village Argame is placed in the centre of Asturias, 5 minutes from Oviedo. It's very well connected thanks to the motorway and it is less than half an hour from the best beaches and ski resorts in Asturias. It belongs to the council of Morcín, well known for its valleys and mountains, its excellent gastronomy, "Afuega'l pitu" cheese, Asturian beef, mushrooms, etc.
