Characteristics
The Casería de Arredondo is a construction of the 18th century that corresponds to the Asturian country estate typology, with houses, barn, stables and farm areas. It has been completely restored with first quality materials –stone, chestnut and oak woods-.
The house lies on a circular 100,000 square meter country estate surrounded by pasture and native woods (oaks, birches, walnut and chestnut trees) and fruit trees, specially apple trees from which we produce totally handmade cider. Sheep and cows graze in our meadows and we raise hens, chicken and rabbits for our own consumption.
We offer our clients, besides all of the information and help they may require for visiting the Asturian Pre Romanesque monuments, the possibilty to participate in traditional farming activities in an ideal surrounding, as well as a great variety of activities, such as walks along the country estate and its surroundings, bicycles free, horse riding, trekking, white water conoeing –Sella and Deva rivers-, golf and active tourism.
Hotel Arredondo counts with 12 rooms, some of them are suites and many are fitted out with firewood hearths and hot tubs; all of them with nice views.
Location
The Arredondo Hotel is located in the Llanes Council, at 2 Km from the village of Celorio. Its environment counts with the best beaches of the town council and it offers easy access to the most interesting monuments of Asturian Pre Romanesque Art that have been preserved.
